The Holle company was created close to 80 years ago with the highest standards in mind. This formula is made from 99% organically grown ingredients (unlike 90% to 95% for leading brands). The milk used comes from cows raised on organic biodynamic local farms in caring and appropriate environments. All farms strictly adhere to EU organic regulations and, moreover, to the stringent international Demeter regulations which is a step above organic quality. Cows freely grazing on lush European biodynamic fields and pastures is the reason for the superior quality of the milk used in our premium baby food. Demeter farmers avoid the painful de-horning of cows and any use of harmful procedures. Other important ingredients include organic vegetable oils, which provide essential fatty acids for your baby. Organic starch and maltodextrin derived from corn make the Organic Infant Formula 2 creamy and filling. The remaining 1% of ingredients are vitamins and minerals which are necessary for your baby’s development.
Holle Organic Infant Formula 2 can be given as of 6 months of age, will be more suitable for your baby’s nutritional requirements, and should form part of a balanced diet. It is hunger satisfying, developed to meet a baby’s nutritional requirements, and gluten-free.

INGREDIENTS
Skimmed milk**, Skimmed milk powder** partly demineralised, vegetable oils* (palm oil*, rapeseed oil*, sunflower oil*), maltodextrin*, starch*, whey powder*, calcium phosphate, sodium citrate, potassium chloride, calcium carbonate, vitamin C, ferrous lactate, vitamin E, sodium chloride, zinc sulphate, niacin, calcium-D-pantothenate, copper sulphate, vitamin A, vitamin B1, vitamin B6, manganese sulphate, vitamin B2, potassium iodate, folic acid, vitamin K, sodium selenate, vitamin D.

PREPARATION

Preparation with water sterilization:
1. Boil bottle, nipple, and ring for 3-5 minutes before use.
2. Boil the amount of water indicated on the dosage chart and let cool to around
50°C (122°F). Pour about half of the water into the bottle.
3. Add level, unpacked scoop/s according to dosage charts to water in bottle.
Take care to level off scoops with the flat back of a knife.
4. Shake well. Add the rest of the water and shake vigorously.
Let cool to about 37°C (98.6°F) before feeding the baby.
Preparation without water sterilization (safe water source):
1. Warm up the amount of water indicated on the dosage to around 50°C (122°F)
(microwave not recommend). Pour about half of the water into the bottle.
2. Add level, unpacked scoop/s according to dosage charts to water in bottle.
Take care to level off scoops with the flat back of a knife.
3. Shake well then add the rest of the water and shake vigorously.
Let cool to about 37° (98.6°F) before feeding the baby.
Important Information:
* Carefully follow the preparation instructions.
* Use only the scoop provided.
* The doses indicated must be respected.
Your baby’s health depends on following the proper instructions:
* Avoid preparing bottles ahead of time; leftover formula should be discarded after 1h maximum if not refrigerated.
* To prevent dental decay, do not allow baby to continually suckle bottle.
* Do not use a microwave to heat. Burns can result.
Care instruction:
* Expiration date is indicated on each packet.
* Please keep away from heat and humidity.
* After the packet is open, use in the next 2 weeks.
* Storing formula in a glass or stainless steel container is recommended.

So upset! I placed an order for this formula weeks ago. It never showed up. I’ve left messages, emailed several times. NO RESPONSE!!! my formula never showed up. I ran out and had to switch to a brand I could buy in store. Now baby has been backed up and gasy for a week. Holle is a great brand but too bad I can’t depend on beyond organic baby to deliver or even respond to my messages no less. My credit card was charged for formula I never received. So upset.

My baby absolutely loves this milk. We started out with only one box to test it out. We recently purchased in bulk since he liked it and we are weaning off the breast. The only bummer of the whole thing, in my opinion, is that we are only provided with one scoop.. even though a single box comes with two bags. Since I send my kiddo to daycare I have to send milk along with him. So I keep one bag for myself and give the other bag to daycare. I have to decide “who gets the scoop?”… or I have to warn daycare not to loose theirs, or else they are out of luck and have to guess the right measurement. Very inconvenient and would be nice if they could include an additional scoop, or offer them for additional sale.

My baby transitioned very nicely from Stage 1 to now Stage 2. I am very happy that I chose this formula to supplement breastfeeding. His diapers still look as if he is exclusively breastfed….definitely not the same effect that other formulas have on them. The fact that he cries when his bottle is empty makes me know that he actually enjoys drinking it.

Probably the best formula you can buy your child. I’ve tried all organic formula is in the US and all of them constipate my baby because they are mostly made with rice. If you look at the ingredients one of the first things listed is rice. This formula does not constipate my baby and I know that it has high organic standards.
