Return policy

At Beyond Organic Baby, we made every efforts to simplify your return request. Below is our very easy to follow return policy, free of other hidden cost or exception to the rule!

  • If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return any order and get a full refund (- 10% restocking fee) or an exchange for another product, be it similar or not.
  • You can return a product for up to 14 days from the date it was received.
  • Any product you return must be unopened in the original packaging.
  • Buyer will be responsible for shipping carrier and cost.
  • Refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.
